Primary Purpose:

Administer the district’s staffing, recruitment and retention process to ensure selection and placement of qualified personnel. Implement the district application and screening process and ensure that the district is represented as an attractive employer. Work with district departments, campuses, educator preparation programs, and area workforce solution providers to staff MISD vacancies.
